Dating in the Lifestyle Over 50 — A Late Summer Update
I’m sure that someone out there is waiting with bated breath on how my dating life is going… and if you are, you need help. My life is not that interesting.
A recap in case you missed it. Dating apps abound, lifestyle refers to BDSM, and some of my previous date situations have seriously bombed. However, there was the guy who seriously rocked my world but annoyed the shit out of me. What can you do?
I have continued to remain on said dating apps. I’m still very interested in finding a suitable mate, but lately, I have been stressed about getting my home ready to list. As everyone knows, real estate is wild right now, and any time you move, it is stressful. I am not avoiding anyone who seems to have potential, but I’m busy and short on time. So, what has been the problem lately?
D/s Relationships
Part of the issue is that I am looking for a particular type of interaction. A D/s or Dominant/submissive style of relationship. I’m also not what most Dominant men would consider “submissive.” In lifestyle terminology, I would be called an Alpha sub. For some, this throws the relationship out of balance.
