Have you ever given any thought to the type of orgasms you are having or giving? It may sound like an odd question, but many stereotypical ideas surround ‘the Big O.’ Do you have difficulty achieving an orgasm? Wish you could have more? Are you a lucky one who is multi-orgasmic? Do you have more than one type of orgasm?

Understanding your own orgasms can lead to intense sexual satisfaction for both yourself and your partner. Remember when you discovered your clit? If you are a man, how about your first orgasm? You likely took time to discover more. Perhaps you bought a vibrator or other sex toy. Once you discovered how this could make you feel, you tried to learn more about your own body to achieve it.

This is a generalization. I do imply that most people try to learn more about what pleases them sexually. However, that would be improper. Many people, both men and women, go through the motions and never have a pleasurable experience during sex. If you are reading this article, I’m assuming you are experimental and interested in your own sexuality.
